Ms. Anjelica - Director

Anjelica A. Roman most recent accomplishment is becoming the new Director of Denise Daniele Dance Center for the 2017-2018 season. She has been dancing for 23 years and has trained in countless styles of dance including world dances such as Flamenco and African. She has worked with numerous artists such as Mike Minery, Albert Blackstone, Germaine Salsberg,  Micheal Leon Thomas and many more. Anjelica has been privileged to travel with Tremaine Dance Convention to perform and assist Laurie Johnson. She graduated from Long Island University and majored in Arts Management with a concentration in dance. She has been coaching/choreographing over hundreds of dancers for Statewide Pro USA for east coast dance teams, ages 8-18, like the Philadelphia Soulmates Junior Dance Team, Lakewood Blue Claws Dance Team and she has recently become a head coach for the Rutgers Junior Knights Dance Team. For the third year in a row Anjelica has been able to choreograph/teach for the Backstage Performing Arts team at Nationals. Not only is she a performer, but she also works as the awards coordinator for GROOVE Dance Competition and Convention. Being apart of the arts in all forms is a joy for Anjelica. Her main goal is to spread her love of the arts and inspire every person she encounters.
